Who we are
We are a Warsaw-based software consultancy working with European teams. We help companies build web products, adopt AI in useful workflows and improve the evidence behind release decisions. Engineering and quality assurance belong in the same delivery conversation.
An engagement begins with the business task: a website that needs to explain your offer, a release process that creates delays, or repeated work that may benefit from automation. We agree the first useful deliverable and how to check it before proposing a larger programme.
For AI adoption, that means considering existing tools, source quality, permissions and the people who review outputs. A pilot needs a baseline and acceptance criteria. Production integration adds monitoring, fallback and an owner for ongoing changes.
Working from Central European Time supports regular collaboration with European teams. We agree availability and communication rather than assume identical working hours. Data location, provider access, retention and processing terms are reviewed for each engagement; our location alone does not settle those decisions.
Our development, QA, automation and security services can be scoped independently or combined. Each proposal distinguishes included checks from additional assessment work. Handover covers the agreed repositories, test assets, findings and operating guidance, with support and maintenance responsibilities made explicit.

The principles behind our delivery
Quality is a property, not a phase
Testing bolted on at the end finds problems too late to fix cheaply. We treat reliability, security and maintainability as design inputs from day one — whether we are building the software or assessing someone else’s.
Honesty over optimism
Estimates you can plan around, risks surfaced early, and a clear “no” when a request works against your interests. Comfortable news that turns out false is more expensive than uncomfortable news that turns out true.
Handover as a goal, not a threat
We agree the documentation, access transfer and training needed for your team to operate the result. The proposal identifies those deliverables alongside implementation, including any external licences or ongoing service dependencies.
AI assistance, engineering ownership
An AI draft still needs someone who understands the product. We decide tool boundaries with you, keep secrets and customer data out of unapproved inputs, and evaluate suggestions through review and tests. The engineer remains responsible for the implementation and its explanation.
Speed means less waiting
A large batch of unfinished work hides decisions and delays feedback. We favour changes small enough to demonstrate, review and revise. For the software itself, we measure loading and interaction behaviour on representative devices instead of treating a fast development machine as proof.

What to expect when we work together
- 01Engineering and QA together
- Developers and testers work from agreed requirements. Review, independent expectations and release evidence help your team understand what has been checked and where risk remains.
- 02Security-aware delivery
- Input handling, authorisation and data boundaries are engineering concerns from the start. A separately scoped OWASP assessment provides additional review and documented findings when the project needs it.
- 03Direct access to the delivery team
- You work directly with the people implementing and checking the deliverables. Responsibilities, communication channels and review points are agreed before the engagement starts.
- 04Clear scope and estimates
- The proposal states deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and price. Changes to scope or timing are explained with their impact and agreed before additional work begins.
- 05A practical handover
- Handover includes the agreed source, test assets, reports and operating instructions. We identify external licences and account ownership so your team can maintain the result or appoint another supplier.
- 06Defined support and maintenance
- Included support has a stated duration and coverage in the proposal. Ongoing maintenance, regression checks and new features can be scoped separately when your team needs continued help.
