- Where we work
- Warsaw, Poland — Central European Time. Remote collaboration with European teams, with working hours and communication agreed for the engagement. On-site work can be discussed where useful.
- Data and jurisdiction
- We work from the EU and agree which data the engagement needs, who can access it and where it is processed. For AI features, provider handling, retention and logging are reviewed before client information enters the integration.
- How engagements are shaped
- Fixed-scope projects for discrete work, dedicated monthly capacity for ongoing release support, or embedded alongside your team. We will tell you which one your problem actually calls for, including when it is none of them.
- What you own at the end
- Ownership and access to the agreed source, test assets, reports and documentation are stated in the engagement terms. External licences, hosted services and client-owned accounts are identified separately so the handover is usable.
