Practicalities
Answers before the first call
- Time zone
- We work Central European Time from Warsaw — a full working day overlapping Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain and the Nordics, and five to six hours with the UK and Ireland.
- Languages
- English and Polish, in writing and on calls.
- Where we work
- Remote by default with clients across the European Union. On site when a workshop or a kickoff genuinely earns the trip.
- Your data
- We are inside the EU, so GDPR applies natively and nothing you send has to leave the bloc. The form sends us an email — no tracking attached, no third-party CRM in between.
- If we are not the right fit
- We will say so on the first call rather than after a proposal. A discovery conversation that ends in an honest no costs you thirty minutes and saves considerably more.
