Who we are

This website is operated by Steelabs (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at sales@steelabs.tech.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit our contact form:

• Your name, company name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The project details and budget information you include in your message

Technical data (such as your IP address) is processed transiently for spam prevention and rate limiting when you submit the form. It is not stored in a database or used for profiling.

Why we process it

We process contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry and, where the conversation continues, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where your data goes

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox by email. We do not sell personal data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to send newsletters. Our email hosting provider processes the data as necessary to deliver mail.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the normal course of mailbox housekeeping.

Your rights
