Understand the observation
The audit checks public responses, headers and HTML within a bounded crawl. It does not sign in, exercise a complete user journey or inspect private infrastructure. Each row records an expectation and what the run observed. A warning can be a useful signal to investigate; a passing row applies only to that rule and the pages actually reached.
Make a small fix list
Assign the affected URL and check to an owner. Confirm the intended behaviour before changing implementation, then keep a before-and-after record under the same conditions. The downloadable action list leaves room for a due date, evidence link and retest decision. Keep passwords, customer records and sensitive internal details in your approved private workspace.
